Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor with The Fayetteville Dogwood Festival.

  • The application fee is $25. This fee is in addition to the booth rental fee. It is non-refundable.

  • Booth fees can start at $185, depending on the type of product you sell, and go up from there.

  • All spaces are 10x10. If you have questions about space and cost, inquire prior to applying.

  • Vendors will be notified of their acceptance into the event no later than March 1.  

  • Previous vendors are required to pay the application fee and complete an application.  

  • Spaces are limited. Vendor acceptance is determined by committee and our staff is not able to make decisions on acceptance.

  • We do not accept multi level marketing products, direct sales or catalog sales.

  • We limit the number of vendors who provide the same or similar services or products to the best of our ability.

  • Vendor applications are accepted on a limited basis for each show. Please familiarize yourself with our application deadline before submitting. Fees are non-refundable.


There are many ways, outside of setting up a vendor space, to become involved and advertise your services and products through our company. Here is a list!

  • Become a Sponsor! We make sure you get the most bang for your buck by adding you to all of our print marketing material, social media, website, and placing your information during the event. Sponsors have an opportunity to show what they have in Festival Park during the entire event. CLICK HERE to see our sponsorship opportunities.

  • Become a Performer! Are you a performer? A band? Or you have a performance that you would like to showcase at our event? How awesome is that! Bring your performance to our show! Apply to be an entertainer at our event!

  • Buy an ad space on our website! We sell small, inexpensive advertising on our website. Absorb the flow of festival goers that come to look for us each day by advertising with us! Email us for a list of advertising opportunities!
